Process
LAMINATING
Our state of the art laminator is capable of laminating various substrates from films which are a few microns thick, through to products of up to 150mm thick.
It features a 1,700mm heating zone capable of reaching temperatures of 200°C, 1,000mm of internal cooling and a pressure system that can vary from 0 – 150mm in 0.1mm increments.
Commonly used to apply adhesive tapes to a wide range of substrates, it is especially effective when working with foams, felts and fabrics. The machine can also be used to bond materials using a wide selection of thermoplastic adhesives, ensuring consistent, high quality bonding.
