KISS CUTTING
Our kiss cutting machines allow the blade to be calibrated to cut through the top layer of material, such as adhesive labels, while leaving the backing liner intact.
Kiss cutting enables the easy removal of parts, resulting in maximum production efficiency for our customers. Parts can be presented with waste removed either sheeted or more commonly on the roll.
The key to kiss cutting is precise depth control – the blade “kisses” the liner but does not cut into it.
Our kiss-cut lines offer a range of capabilities and strengths to allow various presentation options, so that we can select the best solution for you.
