We are able to produce bespoke prototypes for specific rail, marine and aerospace applications with the ability to supply quick turnaround sample requests and advising you on the best materials to use.

Recent investment in brand new machinery has enabled us to expand what we can offer and maintain our “one stop shop, complete solution” for laminating, adhesive coating and converting, cutting and processing materials.

Our capabilities include:

• Insulation – We offer a selection of sheet, roll or panel materials for thermal and acoustic management in carriage or boat settings. Products can be cut to precise shapes and be self-adhesive backed. Compatible sealing products also offered for air and water sealing at seams / joins.
• Fixing and Joining – A range of double-sided products for assembly of interior parts, using tapes, foams or metallic foil carriers. Materials available as slit rolls or precision cut parts.
• Temporary Ancillary Materials – We stock a selection of materials for temporary protection of surfaces e.g. masking glass or GRP areas during boat assembly or non-slip floor protection tapes to stop damage during the building or repair process. Specified and approved tapes for repair tasks in aerospace environments.

Using both standard and bespoke material combinations, we produce high-volume precision-cut parts supported by robust, quality-assured processes and full supply chain management.
