Miers have a range of manual and automatic cutting presses capable of cutting all types of materials (see separate list), in any sizes up to 1450mm x 1950mm. Please contact our sales team for more information on specific applications.

We are able to cut parts from continuous rolls, where the parts are adhesive backed we can remove waste material for pick and place applications. We can also pack and stack loose cut parts in tubes and cores.

Miers can laminate adhesive tapes to foams and plastics, and cut these using rotary tools. This process is ideal for high volume parts, finger-lift pads, tapes and cut lengths of materials.

Miers have various tape lamination lines where we are able to laminate transfer tapes to sheets and continuous rolls of materials. We are able to slit these rolls and supply them back in customer specific lengths and widths.

We are able to handle rolls up to 2000mm wide, we can rewind these under minimal tension, slit to customer specific widths and then supply in roll lengths as required.
